Coronavirus New Restrictions
As you are aware, Taoiseach Leo Varadkar addressed the nation on Friday, 27th March 2020, with further restrictions to public movement on all but essential services.
While the credit union is regarded as being an essential service we also also believe that the credit union needs to play its part in not contributing to the spread of this virus.
Therefore, we provide this update on the provision of our reduced services for the next number of weeks.
Please bear in mind, the provision of these services may further change depending on the recommendations and advices of both Government & Health experts.
Our Cashel and Carna offices will remain closed until at least the week of the 20th April 2020.
Clifden & Tullycross office will be staffed but will not be open to the public. Please call either office on 095 21101 or 095 43973 and we will explain how to avail of the following essential services.
Loan Applications via phone, email, online via www.connemaracu.ie
We request that members, who wish to make lodgements to savings/loan accounts, contact our office for your BIC & IBAN to enable transfers from your bank account.
We will also accept lodgements by debit card or postal orders.
If you have a cheque/cash, use the secure post boxes located at the front doors of both Clifden & Tullycross offices during office hours.
Simply place your lodgement, full name & address, phone number and email contact details in an envelope, seal and deposit through the letter box in either office. If you provide an email address we will email you a statement which will confirm your lodgement having being completed successfully.
If a member needs to come to our office we would ask that they ring in advance so arrangements can be made to facilitate them.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your cooperation in these unprecedented circumstances. It is important that we all continue to observe the recommended guidelines from the HSE. Please stay safe.
